RAFAEL LLOPIZ
Chairman
Rafael Llopiz founded Quik Park in 1989, growing the company to the largest privately owned parking company with over 150 locations. In 2015, Rafael initiated the merger of Quik Park and Icon Parking, forming the largest parking company in New York City with over 300 locations. He became the CEO of the newly formed company from 2015-2017 when he elected to sell both brands.
LINCOLN LLOPIZ
Chief Executive Officer
Lincoln Llopiz has been the CEO of City Parking since the company’s founding in March 2017. Before founding City Parking, he was the COO of Quik Park from 2007-2015, helping the company grow from 30 locations to 150 locations. From 2015-2017, he was the COO of Icon Quik Park.
ANTHONY LLOPIZ
Chief Operations Officer
Anthony Llopiz has 11 years of industry experience, starting at Quik Park in 2010. Anthony is currently focusing on new business development and operations for City Parking and has been actively developing relationships with the NYC landlord community.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Mermelstein has 10 years of industry experience. He was the CFO of Quik Park from 2012-2017. At City Parking he is responsible for all accounting operations, financial reporting and audit and tax compliance.
